     Millicent Georgina Montague Dobbs was born at Castle Dobbs, County Antrim, Ireland.1 She is the daughter of Conway Richard Dobbs.2 She was born, m 10 Nov 1864 George William Bulkeley Hughes, JP, of Carreg Bran, Anglesey, s of Major-Gen Robert George Hughes, of L1ynon Hal1, Holyhead, on 7 November 1840.3 She married Captain George William Bulkeley Hughes, son of Robert George Hughes and Hannah Jordan, on 10 November 1864.1 She died on 3 February 1926, . He d 12 Oct 1877.3
