     Hon. Henry Pelham was born in 1759.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Pelham, 1st Earl of Chichester and Anne Frankland.2 He married Catherine Cobbe, daughter of Colonel Thomas Cobbe, in 1788.1 He died in 1797.1
