Sir John Perceval, 3rd Bt.

     Sir John Perceval, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1660. He was the son of Sir John Perceval, 1st Bt. and Catherine Southwell.1 He married Catherine Dering, daughter of Sir Edward Dering, 2nd Bt. and Mary Harvey, in February 1680.1 He died on 29 April 1686.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Perceval [I., 1661] on 11 September 1660.1

Catherine Dering1

     Catherine Dering was born circa 1660.2 She was the daughter of Sir Edward Dering, 2nd Bt. and Mary Harvey.1,3 She married, firstly, Sir John Perceval, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Perceval, 1st Bt. and Catherine Southwell, in February 1680.1 She married, secondly, Colonel unknown Butler in 1690.1 She died on 22 February 1691 at Chelsea, London, England.1
     From February 1680, her married name became Perceval. From 1690, her married name became Butler.

     Sir Edward Perceval, 4th Bt. was born on 30 July 1682.1 He was the son of Sir John Perceval, 3rd Bt. and Catherine Dering.1 He died on 9 November 1691 at age 9, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Perceval [I., 1661] on 29 April 1686.1

Sir Edward Dering, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Edward Dering, 2nd Bt. was born on 8 November 1625.2 He was the son of Sir Edward Dering, 1st Bt. and Anne Ashburnham.2 He married Mary Harvey, daughter of Daniel Harvey and Elizabeth Montagu, on 5 April 1648.2 He died on 24 June 1684 at age 58.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Kent.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Dering, of Surrenden Dering, co. Kent [E., 1627] on 22 June 1644.2

Mary Harvey1

     Mary Harvey was the daughter of Daniel Harvey and Elizabeth Montagu.1,2 She married Sir Edward Dering, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Edward Dering, 1st Bt. and Anne Ashburnham, on 5 April 1648.3 She died on 7 February 1704.3
     Her married name became Dering.

Daniel Harvey1

     Daniel Harvey was born on 10 November 1631 at Croydon, Surrey, England.2 He was the son of Daniel Harvey and Elizabeth Kinnersley.2 He married Elizabeth Montagu, daughter of Edward Montagu, 2nd Baron Montagu of Boughton and Anne Winwood.2 He died in August 1672 at age 40 at Constantinople, Turkey.2
     He lived at Coombe, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Sheriff for Surrey from 1654 to 1655.2 He held the office of Ambassador to the Ottoman Empire.2

Sir Edward Dering, 3rd Bt. 1
     Sir Edward Dering, 3rd Bt. was born on 18 April 1650.2 He was the son of Sir Edward Dering, 2nd Bt. and Mary Harvey.3 He married Elizabeth Cholmley, daughter of Sir William Cholmley, 2nd Bt. and Katharine Hotham.3 He died in 1689.3
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Kent between 1679 and 1681.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Dering, of Surrenden Dering, co. Kent [E., 1626] on 24 June 1684.3 He murdered Henry Goring in 1687, slain by Sir Edward Dering, 3rd Bt.4

     Elizabeth Cholmley was the daughter of Sir William Cholmley, 2nd Bt. and Katharine Hotham. She married Sir Edward Dering, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Edward Dering, 2nd Bt. and Mary Harvey.2 She died in 1704.
     Her married name became Dering.

     Sir John Perceval, 1st Bt. was born on 7 September 1629.1 He was the son of Sir Philip Perceval and Catherine Ussher.1 He married Catherine Southwell, daughter of Robert Southwell, on 14 February 1655.1 He died on 5 November 1655 at age 26.
     He was created 1st Baronet Perceval [Ireland] on 9 September 1661.1

     Sir Philip Perceval, 2nd Bt. was born on 12 January 1656.1 He was the son of Sir John Perceval, 1st Bt. and Catherine Southwell.1 He died on 11 September 1680 at age 24, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Perceval [I., 1661] on 12 January 1656.1
