     He lived at Ingestre, Staffordshire, EnglandG.1

A. Duncan and Mary Clementina Shaw, on 12 February 1919.1 She and Major Charles Moorhouse Duncan were divorced in 1930.1 She died in 1976.3
     From 12 February 1919, her married name became Duncan.1

     From 5 February 1885, her married name became Higginson.
