     Arthur Acheson Dobbs was born on 7 February 1806.¹ He was the son of Richard Conway Dobbs and Nichola Obins.² He died on 26 March 1875 at age 69.¹

     Nichola Dobbs was born in 1793.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Conway Dobbs and Nichola Obins.² She died in 1868.¹

     Frances Dobbs was born on 28 March 1794.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Conway Dobbs and Nichola Obins.² She died on 17 January 1817 at age 22.¹

     Olivia Dobbs was born on 27 December 1796.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Conway Dobbs and Nichola Obins.² She died on 4 September 1816 at age 19.¹

     Richard Archibald Conway Dobbs was born on 2 October 1842.¹ He was the son of Conway Richard Dobbs and Charlotte Maria Sinclair.^2,1 He died on 24 February 1853 at age 10.¹

     Montagu William Edward Dobbs was born on 28 September 1844.¹ He was the son of Conway Richard Dobbs and Charlotte Maria Sinclair.^2,1 He died on 7 April 1906 at age 61, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Antrim.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kildare in 1871.¹ He lived at Castle Dobbs, County Antrim, Ireland^G.¹

     Olivia Nichola Dobbs was born on 26 July 1827.¹ She was the daughter of Conway Richard Dobbs and Charlotte Maria Sinclair.^2,1 She married Sir James Macaulay Higginson, son of Major James Higginson and Mary Macaulay, on 11 November 1854.¹ She died in October 1906 at age 79.¹
     From 11 November 1854, her married name became Higginson.

     Major James Higginson was baptised circa 10 February 1775.² He was the son of Lieutenant James Higginson and Mary Higginson.² He married Mary Macaulay, daughter of Alexander Macaulay and Hon. Julia Henrietta Acheson.² He died on 13 March 1860.²
     He gained the rank of Major in the 10th Foot.¹

     Sir James Macaulay Higginson was born in August 1805.² He was the son of Major James Higginson and Mary Macaulay.² He married, firstly, Louisa Mary Ann Shakespeare on 25 November 1835 at Calcutta, India^G.³ He married, secondly, Olivia Nichola Dobbs, daughter of Conway Richard Dobbs and Charlotte Maria Sinclair, on 11 November 1854.¹ He died in 1885.¹
     He held the office of Governor of Mauritius.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)¹ He lived at Brookhill, County Antrim, Ireland.⁴ He had three sons and two other daughters by his second wife.¹
