     James Fleming, 7th Lord Slane is the son of William Fleming and Jane Rochfort.2 He married Elizabeth Welles, daughter of Sir William Welles and Anne Barnewall, after November 1470.2
     James Fleming, 7th Lord Slane gained the title of 7th Lord Slane.

     Catherine Preston was the daughter of Jenico Preston, 3rd Viscount Gormanston and Lady Catherine FitzGerald.1 She married Thomas Fleming, 10th Lord Slane, son of James Fleming and Ismay Dillon.2 She died after 10 December 1598.1
     Her married name became Fleming.1

     Sir William Carmichael was born circa 1686.1 He was the son of Sir John Carmichael and Lady Henrietta Johnstone.1 He died on 5 June 1691, unmarried.1
     Sir William Carmichael styled himself as 3rd Baronet Carmichael, of Bonnington, co. Lanark [N.S., 1676] circa January 1691.2
