     Alexander Gordon of Troup married Jean Grant, daughter of Sir Francis Grant of Monymusk, 1st Bt. and Jean Meldrum.2
     He was also known as Alexander Garden of Troup.2

     Martha Ross was the daughter of John Ross.2 She married Alexander Leith of Freefield and Glenkindie, son of Alexander Leith of Freefield and Glenkindie and Christian Davidson, on 7 November 1775.1 She died on 9 October 1777.1
     From 7 November 1775, her married name became Leith.

     James Gordon of Cobairdy was baptised on 30 August 1723 at Ordiquhill, Banffshire, Scotland.2 He was the son of Sir James Gordon of Park, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Margaret Elphinstone.2 He married Hon. Mary Forbes, daughter of James Forbes, 15th Lord Forbes and Mary Forbes.3 He died in May 1773 at age 49.4
     In 1745 he took part in the Rebellion of '45, and was attainted.5 He lived at Cobairdy, ScotlandG.1

     Sir William FitzWilliam was born in 1460 at Gainspark Hall, Essex, England.2 He was the son of John FitzWilliam and Ellen Villiers.3 He married, firstly, Anne Hawes, daughter of Sir John Hawes.2 He married, thirdly, Jane Ormond, daughter of John Ormond.3 He married, secondly, Mildred Sackville, daughter of Sir Richard Sackville and Winifred Brydges.4 He died on 9 August 1534 at London, England.2 He was buried at Marholm, Northamptonshire, England.2
     He lived at Milton, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1 He was appointed King's Counsel (K.C.)3 He held the office of Sheriff of London in 1510.3 He was appointed Knight in 1522.3 He held the office of Sheriff of Northampton in 1524.3
