     Robert James de Ferry Foster was born in 1971 at Wokingham, Berkshire, England.2 He is the son of Rufus Hesledon B. de Ferry Foster and Barbara J. Robson.1 He married Susannah Louise Smyly, daughter of David Henry Smyly and Patricia Kathleen Chance, on 20 September 2003.1

     Frances Moray was the daughter of James Moray, 13th of Abercairny and Lady Christian Montgomerie.1,2 She married, firstly, George Drummond, 3rd of Blair Drummond, son of James Drummond, 2nd of Blair Drummond and Jean Carre, on 1 January 1764 at Fowlis Wester, Perthshire, Scotland.1,3 She married, secondly, General Sir William Erskine of Torry, 1st Bt., son of Colonel William Erskine and Henrietta Baillie, on 29 May 1767.1 She was also reported to have been married on 29 July 1767.2 She died in 1793.4
     From 1 January 1764, her married name became Drummond.1 From 29 May 1767, her married name became Erskine.

     General Sir William Erskine of Torry, 2nd Bt. was born on 30 March 1770.1 He was the son of General Sir William Erskine of Torry, 1st Bt. and Frances Moray.1 He died in 1813 at Spain, from suicide, without issue.1,2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Erskine, of Torry [G.B., 1791] on 19 March 1795.1 He gained the rank of General.1

     Sir John Erskine of Torry, 4th Bt. was born on 5 April 1776.1 He was the son of General Sir William Erskine of Torry, 1st Bt. and Frances Moray.1 He died on 30 July 1836 at age 60, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Erskine, of Torry [G.B., 1791] on 13 May 1813.1
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1

     From 14 March 1690, her married name became Erskine.
