     Hilary Diana Cecil Power is the daughter of Sir Ivan McLannahan Cecil Power, 2nd Bt.1 She married Malcolm Harry Erskine, 17th Earl of Buchan, son of Lt.-Col. Donald Cardross Flower Erskine, 16th Earl of Buchan and Christina Baxendale, on 21 February 1957.1
      From 21 February 1957, her married name became Buchan. As a result of her marriage, Hilary Diana Cecil Power was styled as Countess of Buchan in 1984.
