     Admiral Hon. Sir Alexander Forrester Cochrane was born on 22 April 1758.¹ He was the son of Thomas Cochrane, 8th Earl of Dundonald and Jane Stuart.¹ He married Maria Shaw, daughter of David Shaw, in April 1788.¹ He died on 29 June 1832 at age 74.¹ He was also reported to have died on 26 June 1832 at Paris, France.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.).¹ He gained the rank of Admiral of the Blue.¹ He was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.).³

     Jane Cochrane was the daughter of Admiral Hon. Sir Alexander Forrester Cochrane and Maria Shaw.² She married Admiral Sir Henry William Bruce, son of Rev. Sir Henry Hervey Aston Bruce, 1st Bt. and Letitia Barnard, on 9 February 1822.¹ She died on 22 June 1830.¹ She was buried at St. Andrew Graveyard, North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland.³
      From 9 February 1822, her married name became Bruce.

     Marie-Louise Lobmeyr von Hohenleiten was born in 1994 at Linz, Austria.¹ She is the daughter of Maximilian Lobmeyr von Hohenleiten and Alexandra Noé Edle von Nordberg.¹

     John Hill lived at Bellaghy Castle, County Londonderry, Ireland.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).¹

     Marriette Hill was the daughter of John Hill.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Henry Stewart Beresford Bruce, son of Admiral Sir Henry William Bruce and Jane Cochrane, in 1846.¹ She died on 18 November 1886.¹
      From 1846, her married name became Bruce.

     Henry Dalrymple Bruce was born in 1848.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Henry Stewart Beresford Bruce and Marriette Hill.¹ He married, firstly, Emma Whitcher, daughter of W. Whitcher, in 1878.¹ He married, secondly, Georgina Amelia Dale, daughter of Arthur Dale, in 1889.¹ He died in 1896.¹

     W. Whitcher lived at Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.¹

     Emma Whitcher was the daughter of W. Whitcher.¹ She married Henry Dalrymple Bruce, son of Lt.-Col. Henry Stewart Beresford Bruce and Marriette Hill, in 1878.¹ She died in 1885.¹
      From 1878, her married name became Bruce.

     Henry William Harvey Bruce was born in 1881.¹ He was the son of Henry Dalrymple Bruce and Emma Whitcher.¹ He died in 1924.¹

     Mariette Frances Bruce is the daughter of Henry Dalrymple Bruce and Emma Whitcher.¹ She married Charles Elvin Bleakney in 1904.¹
      From 1904, her married name became Bleakney.¹
