     Paul Reginald Acton was born on 31 July 1886.1 He was the son of Richard George Acton and Eugenie Mary Adkins.1 He married Bertha Helen Le Duc, daughter of Jules Le Duc, on 9 February 1907.1 He died on 6 February 1951 at age 64.1
     Paul Reginald Acton gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the U.S. Army.1 He fought in the First World War.1
