     Major Harold Edward Ravenshaw was born on 22 October 1883.1 He was the son of Major Harold Alexander Ravenshaw and Elizabeth Leigh Lennock.1 He married Marjorie McNair, daughter of Colonel unknown McNair, on 31 January 1918.1 He died after 1937.1
     Major Harold Edward Ravenshaw was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Marine Light Infantry.1
