     Margaret Hamilton Rigby was born on 23 September 1919.2 She is the daughter of Sir Hugh Mallinson Rigby, 1st Bt. and Flora Macbeth.1,2 She married Richard Kynaston Briscoe, son of Sir John Charlton Briscoe, 3rd Bt. and Grace Maud Stagg, on 12 July 1951.1
     From 12 July 1951, her married name became Briscoe.1 She lived in 2003 at 12 Rosemary Court, Church Road, Haslemere, Surrey, England.2

Sir Hugh Mallinson Rigby, 1st Bt.1

     Sir Hugh Mallinson Rigby, 1st Bt. was born on 19 May 1870.2 He is the son of John Rigby and Julia Mallinson.2 He married Flora Macbeth, daughter of Norman Macbeth, on 12 October 1911.2 He died on 17 July 1944 at age 74.2
     He graduated from London University, London, England, with a Master of Surgery (M.S.)2 He fought in the First World War in 1916.2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.) in 1917.2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (F.R.C.S.I.)2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Army Medical Service.2 He was Serjeant-Surgeon to HM King George V between 1928 and 1932.2 He was created 1st Baronet Rigby, of Long Durford, in the Parish of Rogate, co. Sussex [U.K.] on 24 June 1929.2 He was Honorary Surgeon to King George V between 1932 and 1936.2

     He was educated at Stamford School, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Squadron Leader.1 He was awarded the Air Force Cross (A.F.C.)1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Broadbent, of Brook St., London and Longwood, co. Yorks [U.K., 1893] in 1987.1

     Sir William Henry Broadbent, 1st Bt. was born on 23 January 1835.1 He was the son of John Broadbent and Esther Butterworth.2 He married Eliza Harpin, daughter of John Harpin, on 5 August 1863. He died on 10 July 1907 at age 72.1
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.) in 1869.1 He was Physician Extraordinary to HM Queen Victoria.1 He was created 1st Baronet Broadbent, of Brook St., London and Longwood, co.
