     Margaret Elizabeth Field was the daughter of George P. Field.¹ She married Sir John Francis Harpin Broadbent, 2nd Bt., son of Sir William Henry Broadbent, 1st Bt. and Eliza Harpin, on 12 February 1895.¹ She died on 15 August 1958.¹

     Sir William Francis Broadbent, 3rd Bt. was born on 29 November 1904.¹ He was the son of Sir John Francis Harpin Broadbent, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Elizabeth Field.¹ He married, firstly, Veronica Pearl Eustace, daughter of Benjamin Fawcett Eustace and Edith Maud Const Barker, on 24 April 1935.¹ He married, secondly, Miranda Hamilton Pilcher-Clark, daughter of Donald George Pilcher-Clark, on 18 November 1982.¹ He died in 1987.¹
     Sir William Francis Broadbent, 3rd Bt. was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).¹ He was a practising solicitor in 1933.¹ He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Broadbent, of Brook St., London and Longwood, co. Yorks [U.K., 1893] on 27 January 1946.¹

     Veronica Pearl Eustace was born on 26 August 1906.³ She was the daughter of Benjamin Fawcett Eustace and Edith Maud Const Barker.^1,2 She married Sir William Francis Broadbent, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Francis Harpin Broadbent, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Elizabeth Field, on 24 April 1935.¹ She died on 8 November 1951 at age 45, without issue.¹
     From 24 April 1935, her married name became Broadbent.¹
