     William Molyneux was born before 1544. He was the son of Sir Richard Molyneux and Eleanore Radcliffe.2,3 He married Bridget Caryll, daughter of John Caryll.3 He died in 1567.1
     He had two other sons and a daughter.3

     Sir Richard Molyneux was born before 1528. He was the son of Sir William Molyneux and Jane Rugge.2 He married, firstly, Eleanore Radcliffe, daughter of Sir Alexander Radcliffe.2 He married, secondly, Elenore Maghull, daughter of Robert Maghull.2 He died in 1568.1
     He was appointed Knight on 1 October 1553 at the coronation of Queen Mary I.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Lancashire in 1556.2 He had other children by both of his wives.2

     Frances Gerard was the daughter of Sir Gilbert Gerard and Anne Ratcliffe.1 She married Sir Richard Molyneux, 1st Bt., son of William Molyneux and Bridget Caryll, circa 1590.2 She died circa 16 February 1620/21. She was buried on 19 February 1620/21.2
     From circa 1590, her married name became Molyneux.1

     Thomas Gerard, 1st Baron Gerard of Gerard's Bromley was born circa 1564.2 He was the son of Sir Gilbert Gerard and Anne Ratcliffe.1,3 He married Elizabeth Woodford, daughter of Robert Woodford.4 He died on 15 January 1618.2
     He gained the title of 1st Baron Gerard of Gerard's Bromley.
