     Christopher Wandesford, 2nd Viscount Castlecomer was born on 2 March 1683/84 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Christopher Wandesford, 1st Viscount Castlecomer and Elizabeth Montagu.1 He married Hon. Frances Pelham, daughter of Thomas Pelham, 1st Baron Pelham of Laughton and Lady Grace Holles, on 31 May 1715.3,4 He died on 23 June 1719 at age 35 at Newport Street, London, EnglandG.1 He was buried at Charlton, Kent, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) in October 1719.1
     He matriculated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, on 19 March 1700/1.1,5 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, in 1704 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Canice [Ireland] between July 1707 and September 1707.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Wandesford [I., 1707] on 15 September 1707.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Castlecomer, co.
