     Constance Phelps Hay is the daughter of Alexander Sowerby Hay.2 She married, firstly, Cyril Webster. She married, secondly, Sir Bedford Lockwood Dorman, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Arthur John Dorman, 1st Bt. and Clara Share Lockwood, on 26 March 1919.3 She died on 25 August 1946.3
     Her married name became Webster.1 From 26 March 1919, her married name became Dorman.1

     Sir Bedford Lockwood Dorman, 2nd Bt. was born on 6 April 1879.3 He is the son of Sir Arthur John Dorman, 1st Bt. and Clara Share Lockwood.2 He married Constance Phelps Hay, daughter of Alexander Sowerby Hay, on 26 March 1919.3 He died on 5 September 1956 at age 77.3
     Sir Bedford Lockwood Dorman, 2nd Bt. gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the service of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.3 He was deputy chairman of the North Riding Yorkshire Quarter Sessions.3 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1901 entitled to practice as a barrister.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire.3 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Dorman, of Nunthorpe, co. Yorks [U.K., 1923] on 12 February 1931.3 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1948.3
