     Margaret Borrie was born on 30 January 1836 at Dundee, Angus, ScotlandG.1 She was the daughter of Peter Borrie and Jean Simson.1 She married George Young Blair on 4 September 1862 at St. Hilda's Church, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, North Riding, EnglandG.1 She died in 1888 at Hutton Rudby, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1
     She was a teacher before 1861.1 From 4 September 1862, her married name became Blair.1

George Young Blair1

     George Young Blair was born circa 1824 at Drumrauck Farm, Pittenweem, Anstruther, Fife, ScotlandG.1 He married Margaret Borrie, daughter of Peter Borrie and Jean Simson, on 4 September 1862 at St. Hilda's Church, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, North Riding, EnglandG.1 He died in 1894.1
     He built Drumrauck Hall, and purchased Linden Grove, both at Hutton Rudby, Yorkshire.1 He was an engineer before 1862 at Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, EnglandG.1 He lived in 1862 at 149 High Street, Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Durham.1 He was managing director of Blair & Company, a large engineering firm before 1881.1

     Mary Young Blair was born in 1867.1 She was the daughter of George Young Blair and Margaret Borrie.1 She married Percy Alexander Field Blair, son of Sir Samuel Alexander Sadler and Mary Mercy Field.1 She died in 1935.1
     She was given Linden Grove by her father.1

     Sir Samuel Alexander Sadler was born in 1842 at Oldbury, Worcestershire, England.2 He was the son of James Sadler.2 He married Rachel Field, daughter of John Field.2 He married Mary Mercy Field, daughter of John Field, in 1874.2
     He was an industrialist.1 He was educated at University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel between 1876 and 1896 in the 1st Volunteer Battalion, Durham Light Infantry.2 He held the office of Mayor of Middlesbrough in 1877.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire.1 He was appointed Fellow, Chemical Society.2 He held the office of Mayor of Middlesbrough in 1897.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Middlesbrough in 1900.1 He was awarded the Royal Officers' Decoration (V.D.)2 He was appointed Knight.2

     Cecil James Sadler was the son of Sir Samuel Alexander Sadler and Mary Mercy Field.2,3 He married Amy Ropner, daughter of Sir Emil Hugo Oscar Robert Ropner, 1st Bt. and Mary Anne Craik, on 20 June 1894.2 He died on 19 December 1936.
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1

     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the B Battalion, 63rd Brigade, Royal Field Artillery.1 He fought in the First World War.1
