     Mary Hayes was baptised on 5 May 1613 at St. Mary Aldermanbury, London, England.1 She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Hayes and Mary Milward.1 She married Sir Henry Boothby, 1st Bt., son of William Boothby and Judith Austen, before 1638.2 She died after 1649.1
     From before 1638, her married name became Boothby.1
