     Philip Sydney, 3rd Earl of Leicester was born on 10 January 1618/19.1 He was the son of Robert Sydney, 2nd Earl of Leicester and Lady Dorothy Percy.1 He married Lady Catherine Cecil, daughter of William Cecil, 2nd Earl of Salisbury and Lady Catherine Howard, on 9 May 1645.1 He died on 6 March 1697/98 at age 79.1

     Sir William Bowyer, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1639.1 He was the son of Sir William Bowyer, 1st Bt. and Margaret Weld.2 He married Lady Frances Cecil, daughter of Charles Cecil, Viscount Cranborne and Lady Jane Maxwell, circa 24 December 1679.1 He died on 13 February 1721/22.1 He was buried at Denham, Buckinghamshire, England.1 His will was probated in March 1722.1
     He was admitted to Inner Temple in November 1654.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Buckinghamshire.3 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Bowyer, of Denham, co. Bucks [E., 1660] on 2 October 1679.2
