     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Hollymount, County Mayo, IrelandG.1

     He lived at Milford, EnglandG.1 He was given the name of Croasdale Bowen at birth.1 On 1 February 1812 his name was legally changed to Croasdale Miller by Royal Licence.1

     Charles Bowen was born in 1815. He was the son of Christopher Bowen and Eliza Miller.1 He married Georgiana Lambert, daughter of Joseph Lambert and Mary Clendenning, on 19 November 1829.2 He died on 3 April 1871.2
