     Veronica Eileen Connolly was the daughter of Hon. Sir James Connolly and Catherine Charlotte Edwards.1 She married John Raymond Bethell, 2nd Baron Bethell, son of John Henry Bethell, 1st Baron Bethell and Florence Wyles, on 22 June 1927.1 She and John Raymond Bethell, 2nd Baron Bethell were divorced in 1948.2 She died in 1981.2
     From 22 June 1927, her married name became Bethell.1 After her marriage, Veronica Eileen Connolly was styled as Baroness Bethell on 27 May 1945.

Henry Nevile Reid before 1948.2 She married, secondly, John Raymond Bethell, 2nd Baron Bethell, son of John Henry Bethell, 1st Baron Bethell and Florence Wyles, on 6 August 1948.1 She died on 22 April 1966.1
     From before 1948, her married name became Reid.2 After her marriage, Joan Webber was styled as Baroness Bethell on 6 August 1948. From 6 August 1948, her married name became Bethell.1

     Guy Anthony John Bethell, 3rd Baron Bethell was born on 17 March 1928.1 He was the son of John Raymond Bethell, 2nd Baron Bethell and Veronica Eileen Connolly.1 He died on 2 December 1967 at age 39, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1947 in the Royal Irish Fusiliers.2 He fought in the Palestine Campaign between 1947 and 1948.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Bethell, of Romford, co. Essex [U.K., 1922] on 30 September 1965.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Bethell [U.K., 1911] on 30 September 1965.1

     Hon. William Gladstone Bethell was born on 11 April 1904.2 He was the son of John Henry Bethell, 1st Baron Bethell and Florence Wyles.1 He married Ann Margaret Frances Barlow, daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert George Barlow, on 19 October 1937.2 He and Ann Margaret Frances Barlow were divorced in 1946.2 He died on 17 October 1964 at age 60.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1934 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.2 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1941, when he was invalided.2

William Gladstone Bethell, son of John Henry Bethell, 1st Baron Bethell and Florence Wyles, on 19 October 1937.1 She and Hon. William Gladstone Bethell were divorced in 1946.1 She married, secondly, John Rupert Dupree, son of Sir William Thomas Dupree, 1st Bt. and Marion Price, on 7 March 1946.3 She married, thirdly, Roger Thornycroft, son of Sir John Edward Thornycroft and Isabel Ward, on 16 June 1965.1 She married, fourthly, Stuart Warren Don in 1984.1 She died on 17 August 1996.1
     From 19 October 1937, her married name became Bethell.2 From 7 March 1946, her married name became Dupree. From 16 June 1965, her married name became Thornycroft.1 From 1984, her married name became Don.1
