Caroline Amelia Denman.1 He married Eleanor Mary Staveley, daughter of William Robert Staveley, on 3 September 1902.1 He died on 7 December 1908 at age 44.1
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He gained the rank of Acting Chaplain of the Forces in 1902 at Natal, South Africa.1
