     John Stuart Bellingham was born on 24 September 1929.1 He is the son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Stuart Bellingham and Jean Arthur.1 He married Fiona Aileen Nugent, daughter of Sir Peter Nugent, 5th Bt., on 14 February 1989.1
     John Stuart Bellingham was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1951 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He lived in 2003 at The Cliffs, Baily, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
