John Baskervyle-Glegg and Ethne Woollan.1 He married Jane van der Noot in 1974.1 He died on 30 November 2004 at age 64, suddenly.1 He was buried on 10 December 2004 at St. Mary the Virgin Church, Rimpton, Somerset, EnglandG.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of officer in 1960 in the Grenadier Guards.1 He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1974.1 He was commander of the 1st Battalion, Grenadier Guards between 1980 and 1982.1 He was commander of the 24th Infantry Brigade between 1984 and 1984.1 He was commnader of the British Military Advisory Training Team, Zimbabwe between 1987 and 1989.1 He was senior British Loan Service Officer between 1990 and 1993 at OmanG.1
