     James John Hamilton was born in 1788 at Ballymacoll, County Meath, Ireland.2,3 He was the son of Henry Hamilton and Mary Wetherall.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Carter, daughter of Thomas Carter and Catherine Butler, circa 1810.4 He married, secondly, Hon. Anne Geraldine de Courcy, daughter of John de Courcy, 19th Lord Kingsale and Susan Blennerhassett, in 1821.2 He died in 1842.2
     He lived at Ballymacoll, County Meath, IrelandG.1

     Margaret Stuart was the daughter of Daniel Stuart.1 She married Sir William John Walter Baynes, 3rd Bt., son of Sir William Baynes, 2nd Bt. and Julia Smith, on 17 June 1845.1 She died on 17 July 1911.1
     From 17 June 1845, her married name became Baynes.1

     Amy Ruperta Colston was the daughter of Edward Colston and Louisa Ruperta Murray.1 She married Sir Christopher William Baynes, 4th Bt., son of Sir William John Walter Baynes, 3rd Bt. and Margaret Stuart, on 20 June 1872.1 She died on 28 January 1919.1
     From 20 June 1872, her married name became Baynes.1

     Ronald Christopher Baynes was born on 12 November 1878.1 He was the son of Sir Christopher William Baynes, 4th Bt. and Amy Ruperta Colston.1 He married Cecilia Day, daughter of Major Charles Russell Day, on 12 February 1930.1 He died on 22 June 1953 at age 74, without issue.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was educated at University College London, London, EnglandG.1 He was a civil engineer for Great Western Railways.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 8th City of London Regiment.1

     She wrote the book The Youthful Queen Victoria.1 She wrote the book Fountains of Youth.1 She was also known as Dormer Creston her pen-name.1 She was given the name of Dorothy Julia Baynes at birth.1 She wrote the book The Regent and his Daughter.1 She wrote the book In Search of Two Characters, published before 1946.1 In 1946 her name was legally changed to Dorothy Julia Colston-Baynes by Deed Poll.1
