     Timothy Rupert Francis Tress Barry was born on 1 November 1952.1 He is the son of Major Sir Rupert Rodney Francis Tress Barry, 4th Bt. and Sheila Georgina Veronica White.1 He married Valerie Reid in 1977.1
     He was educated at Sutton Valence School, Maidstone, Kent, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Military Police.1

     Colonel Nicholas Colthurst was the son of John Colthurst and Eliza Purdon.2 He married Penelope Topham, daughter of Sir John Topham.1 He died in 1754.1
     He lived at Ballyally, County Cork, IrelandG.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Cork in 1736.1

     Sir Edward Barry, 5th Bt. was the son of Reverend John Barry and Sarah Bateman.1 He married Catherine Synnot.1 He died on 17 April 1836 at Serpentine Avenue, Sandymount, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 His will (dated 3 March 1827 to 1 December 1835) was proven (by probate) on 5 May 1836, at under £800.1
     He lived at Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Barry, of the city of Dublin [I., 1775] circa 1827.1

     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Barry, of the city of Dublin [I., 1775] circa 1845.1
