Sarah Bedingfeld was the daughter of Christopher Bedingfeld and Elizabeth King.1 A settlement for the marriage between her and Sir Jacob Astley, 3rd Bt. was made on 14 July 1744.1 She died circa August 1764 at Bath, Somerset, England, without issue.1 She was buried on 9 August 1764 at Melton Constable, Norfolk, England.1

Sir Edward Astley, 4th Bt. was baptised on 26 December 1729 at Hindolveston, Norfolk, England.1 He was the son of Sir Jacob Astley, 3rd Bt. and Lucy le Strange.1 He married, firstly, Rhoda Delaval, daughter of Francis Blake Delaval and Rhoda Apreece, in 1751.1 He married, secondly, Anne Milles, daughter of Christopher Milles, on 24 February 1759 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, England.1 He married, thirdly, Elizabeth Bullen on 30 July 1793 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone, London, England.1 He died on 27 March 1802 at age 72.1 He was buried on 2 April 1802 at Melton Constable, Norfolk, England.1 His will (dated 1 March 1800) was probated on 7 June 1803.1
