She married Konstantin Friedrich Peter von Holstein-Gottorp, Duke of Oldenburg, son of Constantine Friedrich Peter von Holstein-Gottorp, Duke of Oldenburg and Therese Prinzessin von Nassau-Weilburg, on 20 October 1882 at Kutaisi, Georgia.2 She died in 1927 at Kislovodsk, Russia.2
     As a result of her marriage, Agrippina Djaparidze was styled as Countess von Zarnekau on 20 October 1882.2
