     She gained the title of Princess Cäcilie of Sweden.3

     Paul Friedrich August von Holstein-Gottorp, Grand Duke of Oldenburg was born on 13 July 1783 at Rastede, Niedersachsen, Germany.1 He was the son of Peter I Friedrich Ludwig von Holstein-Gottorp, Grand Duke of Oldenburg and Friederike Herzogin von Württemberg.1 He married, firstly, Adelheid Prinzessin von Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym, daughter of Viktor II Prinz von Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym and Amelie Prinzessin von Nassau-Weilburg, on 24 July 1817.1 He married, secondly, Ida Prinzessin von Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym, daughter of Viktor II Prinz von Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym and Amelie Prinzessin von Nassau-Weilburg, on 24 June 1823 at Oldenburg, Niedersachsen, Germany.2 He married, thirdly, Cäcilie von Holstein-Gottorp, Princess of Sweden, daughter of Gustaf IV Adolf von Holstein-Gottorp, King of Sweden and Friederike Dorothea Wilhelmine Prinzessin von Baden, on 5 May 1831 at Vienna, Austria.2 He was also reported to have been married on 24 June 1824 at Oldenburg, Germany. He died on 27 February 1853 at age 69 at Oldenburg, Niedersachsen, Germany.1
     He gained the title of Grand Duke August of Oldenburg in 1829.3
