     Mary Katherine Lea was the daughter of William Wolrych Lea.1 She married Reverend James Henry Alexander Philipps, son of Reverend Henry Gwyther and Mary Philippa Artemisia Child, on 14 February 1844.1 She died on 28 March 1885.1
     From 14 February 1844, her married name became Gwyther.1 From 7 February 1857, her married name became Philipps.1

     He was educated at Freiburg University, Freiburg, Germany.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Philipps, of Picton Castle, co. Pembroke [U.K., 1887] on 27 November 1948.1
     On his death, his baronetage became extinct.2
