     Sir Thomas D'Aeth, 1st Bt. was born in 1670.1 He was the son of Thomas D'Aeth and Elhanna Rolt.1 He married, secondly, Jane Williams, daughter of Walter Williams.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Narborough, daughter of Admiral Sir John Narborough and Elizabeth Hill, on 23 January 1701.1 He died on 4 January 1745.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Canterbury between 1708 and 1710.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sandwich between 1715 and 1722.1 He was created 1st Baronet D'Aeth [Great Britain] on 16 July 1716.1
