     Sir Thomas Kempe was born in 1517.1 He was the son of Sir William Kempe and Eleanor Browne.2 He married, firstly, Katherine Cheyne, daughter of Sir Thomas Cheyne, before June 1543.1 He married Amy Moyle, daughter of Sir Thomas Moyle, before 1560.2 He married, thirdly, Joan Fermor, daughter of Sir Richard Fermor and Anne Browne, after 1571.2 He died in 1591.1
     He lived at Wye, Kent, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Kent in 1559.2
