     Rosamund Agnes Starkey was born in 1880.1 She was the daughter of John Frederick Starkey and Mary Margaret Snow.2 She married Vice-Admiral Bernard St. George Collard, son of Reverend John Marshall Collard and Grace Jane Sarah Molesworth, on 7 September 1909.1 She died on 16 February 1957.1
     From 7 September 1909, her married name became Collard.

     Vice-Admiral Bernard St. George Collard was the son of Reverend John Marshall Collard and Grace Jane Sarah Molesworth.2 He married Rosamund Agnes Starkey, daughter of John Frederick Starkey and Mary Margaret Snow, on 7 September 1909.1 He died on 12 April 1962.
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1

     Lt.-Col. Lewis Edward Starkey was born on 23 November 1862.1 He was the son of Lewis Randle Starkey and Constance Margarette Starkey.2 He married Mary Kathleen Starkey, daughter of Thomas Stanton Starkey, on 6 July 1906.1 He died on 27 December 1943 at age 81.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Egyptian Campaign.1 He fought in the Boer War, where he was mentioned in dispatches.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 4th Hussars.1
