     Thomas Bolitho was baptised on 24 December 1765.2 He was the son of Thomas Bolitho and Catherine Johns.3 He married Maria Harris, daughter of Samuel Harris, on 25 January 1802 at Beer-Ferris, Devon, England.1 He died on 11 January 1858 at age 92.4
     He lived at The Coombe, Madron, Cornwall, England.3

     Maria Harris was born on 9 May 1781 at Beer-Ferris, Devon, England.2 She was the daughter of Samuel Harris.1 She married Thomas Bolitho, son of Thomas Bolitho and Catherine Johns, on 25 January 1802 at Beer-Ferris, Devon, England.1 She died on 8 November 1853 at age 72 at Gulval, Cornwall, England.2
     From 25 January 1802, her married name became Bolitho.1
