     Mary Bolitho was born on 30 June 1803.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Bolitho and Maria Harris.¹ She died on 25 November 1844 at age 41, unmarried.¹

     David Arbuthnott was born on 28 March 1961.¹ He is the son of John Arbuthnott and Ann Garton.¹ He married Dawn Grace Kirby, daughter of John Frederick Kirby, in 1987.¹
     He graduated from Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He lived in 1999 at 15 Acorn Way, Shawbirch, Telford, Shropshire, England^G.¹

     Maj.-Gen. John Macleod married Lady Wilhelmina Frances Kerr, daughter of General William Henry Kerr, 4th Marquess of Lothian and Lady Caroline Darcy, on 2 January 1783.¹
     He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Artillery.¹ They are said to have had nine children.

     Dawn Grace Kirby is the daughter of John Frederick Kirby.¹ She married David Arbuthnott, son of John Arbuthnott and Ann Garton, in 1987.¹
     From 1987, her married name became Arbuthnott.¹
