     Sir John Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 10th Bt. was born in 1801.¹ He was the son of Sir John Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 9th Bt. and Barbara Forbes.² He died on 3 December 1838, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 10th Inverness-shire Militia.¹ He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Innes, of Balvenie [N.S., 1628] on 23 March 1829.¹

     Sir James Milne Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 11th Bt. was born on 24 February 1808.¹ He was the son of Sir John Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 9th Bt. and Barbara Forbes.² He married Elizabeth Thurburn, daughter of Alexander Thurburn of Keith, on 4 April 1837.¹ He died on 11 May 1878 at age 70.¹
     He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Innes, of Balvenie [N.S., 1628] on 3 December 1838.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Elizabeth Thurburn was the daughter of Alexander Thurburn of Keith.² She married Sir James Milne Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 11th Bt., son of Sir John Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 9th Bt. and Barbara Forbes, on 4 April 1837.¹ She died on 29 April 1899.¹
     From 4 April 1837, her married name became Innes.

     Sir John Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 12th Bt. was born on 25 November 1840.¹ He was the son of Sir James Milne Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 11th Bt. and Elizabeth Thurburn.² He died on 2 May 1912 at age 71, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Innes, of Balvenie [N.S., 1628] on 11 May 1878.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) [New Zealand]¹ He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Banffshire.¹ He lived at Christchurch, New Zealand.¹ On 20 January 1912 the Balvenie arms and supporters were confirmed to him by the Lyon King of Arms.¹

     Sir James Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 13th Bt. was born on 20 January 1846.¹ He was the son of Sir James Milne Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 11th Bt. and Elizabeth Thurburn.² He died on 7 January 1919 at age 72, unmarried.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Banffshire.¹ He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Innes, of Balvenie [N.S., 1628] on 2 May 1912.¹

     Robert Innes was born on 28 March 1847.¹ He was the son of Sir James Milne Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 11th Bt. and Elizabeth Thurburn.² He died on 22 January 1896 at age 48.¹

     George Forbes Innes was born on 9 September 1848.¹ He was the son of Sir James Milne Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 11th Bt. and Elizabeth Thurburn.² He died on 9 December 1870 at age 22.¹

     Thomas Innes was born on 22 February 1852.¹ He was the son of Sir James Milne Innes of Balvenie and Edingight, 11th Bt. and Elizabeth Thurburn.² He married Virginia Bourchier, daughter of Colonel Hugh Plunket Bourchier, in 1880.¹ He died on 23 April 1911 at age 59.¹
     He lived at Liverpool, Lancashire, England.¹ He lived at Valparaiso, Chile.¹
