     Major Hon. Frederick Beauchamp Pakenham was born on 25 September 1823.¹ He was the son of Thomas Pakenham, 2nd Earl of Longford and Lady Georgiana Emma Charlotte Lygon.¹ He died on 15 February 1901 at age 77, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 10th Hussars and 27th Regiment.¹
