     Edward Archibald Douglas was born on 2 November 1877.² He was the son of John Douglas and Sarah Hickey.¹ He married Annette Eileen Power, daughter of Virgil Power, in 1907.² He died on 27 August 1947 at age 69.²
     He was educated at Ipswich Grammar School, Ipswich, Suffolk, England^G.² He was educated at St. Benedict's College, Fort Augustus, Inverness-shire, Scotland.² He was a practising barrister in 1901 at Queensland, Australia.² He held the office of Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court [Queensland] in 1929.² He held the office of Judge of the Supreme Court [Queensland] in March 1929.¹

     Henry Alexander Cecil Douglas was born on 8 April 1879.² He was the son of John Douglas and Sarah Hickey.¹ He married Flora Isabel Macdonald, daughter of Charles Hugh Macdonald, in 1910.² He married, secondly, Catherine Cecilia Beirne, daughter of Hon. T. C. Beirne, in 1914.² He died on 30 August 1952 at age 73.²
     He held the office of Member of the Legislative Assembly (M.L.A.) [Queensland] between 1908 and 1915.² He held the office of Minister [Queensland] in 1915.²

     Alexander Michael Douglas was born on 11 November 1926.² He was the son of Henry Alexander Cecil Douglas and Catherine Cecilia Beirne.^1,2 He married Morna Therese O'Rourke, daughter of Michael Patrick O'Rourke, on 15 September 1954.³ He died in 2008.⁴
     He was educated at Downlands College, Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.³ He gained the rank of officer between 1944 and 1945 in the Australian Imperial Forces.³ He lived in 2003 at 21 Palm Avenue, Ascot, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.²

     Alexander Rodney Douglas was born on 24 November 1958.² He is the son of Alexander Michael Douglas and Morna Therese O'Rourke.^1,2 He married Susan Kim Primmer, daughter of C. Primmer, in 1983.²

     Elizabeth Winthrop was the daughter of Benjamin Winthrop.² She married William Mackworth-Praed, son of William Mackworth-Praed and Susannah Stokes, on 1 April 1795.² She died on 4 February 1810.²
     From 1 April 1795, her married name became Mackworth-Praed.¹
