     Sir Thomas Earle, 2nd Bt. was born on 30 June 1820.² He was the son of Sir Hardman Earle, 1st Bt. and Mary Langton.² He married Emily Fletcher, daughter of William Fletcher, on 6 September 1853.² He died on 13 April 1900 at age 79.²
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Earle, of Allerton Tower, co. Lancaster [U.K., 1869] on 25 January 1877.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lancashire.²

     Francis Howard was born on 10 October 1960.¹ He is the son of Denis Gerard Howard and Betty Plant Greenham.¹

     Catherine Anne Howard was born on 30 January 1959.¹ She is the daughter of Denis Gerard Howard and Betty Plant Greenham.¹

     Cecelia Mary Waterkeyn was born on 6 November 1926.¹ She is the daughter of Alberic Waterkeyn and Aurea Clare Lawson.¹ She married Philip Marland Rambaut, son of Dr. Daniel Frederick Rambaut, on 6 September 1947.¹
     From 6 September 1947, her married name became Rambaut.¹

     Brigadier Maurice Robert Lonsdale was the son of Robert Lonsdale.¹ He married Myrtle Valentine Earle, daughter of Colonel Sir Thomas Algernon Earle, 4th Bt. and Edith Leith, in 1962.¹ He died in 1989.¹
     He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Anthony David Arnold William Forbes was born in 1938.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. David Walter Arthur William Forbes and Diana Mary Henderson.¹ He married, secondly, Belinda Mary Earle, daughter of Sir Hardman Alexander Mort Earle, 5th Bt. and Maie Drage, in 1973.¹ He married Virginia June Ropner, daughter of Sir Leonard Ropner, 1st Bt. and Esme Robertson, on 14 June 1962.³ He and Virginia June Ropner were divorced in 1973.³ He died on 19 February 2017.²
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.)¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)²

     Rachel Mary Earle was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. William Earle and Mary Codrington.² She died on 30 December 1935, unmarried.¹

     John Horrocks Ainsworth is the son of Richard Ainsworth.
     He lived at Moss Bank, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Robert William Heriot Maitland was baptised on 14 February 1783 at Holy Trinity, Gosport, Hampshire, England^G.² He was the son of Captain Hon. Frederick Lewis Maitland of Rankeillour and Margaret Dick.¹ He died on 2 July 1801 at age 18 at Malta^G.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Navy.¹
