     Mary Bealings is the daughter of Sir Henry Bealings.² She married John Chevers, son of Christopher Chevers and Eleanor Nugent.¹

     Edward Chevers, 1st and last Viscount Mount Leinster was the son of John Chevers and Joan Sutton.² He married Anne Sarsfield, daughter of Patrick Sarsfield.¹ He died in 1709, abroad, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the Irish Army.¹ He was created 1st Viscount Mount Leinster, co. Carlow [Ireland] on 23 August 1689.² He was created 1st Baron Bannow, co. Wexford [Ireland] on 23 August 1689.² He fought in the Battle of the Boyne in 1690, as Aide-de-Camp to King James II.¹ Although he was included in the Articles of Limerick (principally engineered by his brother-in-law Lord Lucan), he relinquished the benefits of the capitulation and accompanied his sovereign into exile.¹ On his death, his titles became extinct.²
