     Evelyn Elizabeth Sturgis Van de Weyer was born on 13 October 1847.¹ She was the daughter of Jean Sylvain Van de Weyer and Elizabeth Anne Sturgis Bates.¹ She died on 9 May 1853 at age 5.¹
