     Her married name became Hamilton.2 From 1610, her married name became Maxwell.1

Sir Archibald Richard Southby, 2nd Bt. was born on 18 June 1910.2 He is the son of Commander Sir Archibald Richard James Southby, 1st Bt. and Phyllis Mary Garton.2 He married, firstly, Joan Alice Balston, daughter of Reginald M. Balston, on 18 September 1935.2 He and Joan Alice Balston were divorced in 1947.2 He married, secondly, Olive Marion Bilbe-Robinson, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Thomas Bilbe Robinson, on 22 May 1947.2 He and Olive Marion Bilbe-Robinson were divorced in 1964.2 He married, thirdly, Hon. Ethel Peggy Cunliffe, daughter of Walter Cunliffe, 1st Baron Cunliffe and Edith Cunningham Boothby, in 1964.1 He married, fourthly, Iris MacKay Heriot, daughter of Lt.-Col. Granville MacKay Heriot and Marta Luisa Paynter, in 1979.2 He died in 1988.2
     Lt.-Col.
