     Harry Scott was the son of W. H. Scott.2 He married Sibyl Mary Jardine, daughter of Sir Alexander Jardine of Applegirth, 8th Bt. and Henrietta Younger, on 7 January 1896.1 He died in 1935.1

Margaret Lindsay Jardine1

     Margaret Lindsay Jardine was the daughter of Sir Alexander Jardine of Applegirth, 8th Bt. and Henrietta Younger.2 She married Sir George Douglas Dixie, 12th Bt., son of Sir Alexander Beaumont Churchill Dixie, 11th Bt. and Lady Florence Caroline Douglas, on 8 April 1902.1 She died on 19 June 1973.1
     Margaret Lindsay Jardine usually went by her middle name of Lindsay.1 From 8 April 1902, her married name became Dixie.1

     Sir George Douglas Dixie, 12th Bt. was born in 1876.2 He was the son of Sir Alexander Beaumont Churchill Dixie, 11th Bt. and Lady Florence Caroline Douglas.2 He married Margaret Lindsay Jardine, daughter of Sir Alexander Jardine of Applegirth, 8th Bt. and Henrietta Younger, on 8 April 1902.1 He died on 25 December 1948.3
     Sir George Douglas Dixie, 12th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Douglas.3 He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, King's Own Scottish Borderers.3 He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Dixie, of Market Bosworth, co. Leicester [E., 1660] on 20 August 1924.1

     Jane Margaret Norcott was born on 3 February 1808.1 She was the daughter of Dr. John Norcott.1 She married Robert Crone, son of Robert Fennell Crone and Martha Norcott, in 1829.1 She died on 19 August 1878 at age 70 at Cobh, County Cork, IrelandG.1
     From 1829, her married name became Crone.1

     Sir William Edward Jardine of Applegirth, 11th Bt. was born on 15 April 1917.1 He was the son of Sir Alexander Jardine of Applegirth, 10th Bt. and Winifred Mary Hamilton Young.2 He married Ann Graham Maitland, daughter of Major Claud Archibald Scott Maitland and Cecil Louise MacKenzie, on 2 June 1944.1 He died on 19 April 1986 at age 69.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the King's Own Scottish Borderers.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Jardine, of Applegirth [N.S., 1672] on 27 March 1942.1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He was admitted to the Royal Company of Archers in 1953.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dumfriesshire in 1963.1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 4th/5th King's Own Scottish Borderers (Territorial Army) between 1963 and 1967.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1966.1 He gained the rank of Brevet-Colonel in 1967.1

     Lt.-Col. Charles Patrick Anderson is the son of Lt.-Col. William Herbert Anderson, V.C. and Gertrude Campbell Gilmour.1,2 He married Christian Maule Jackson Jardine, daughter of Sir Alexander Jardine of Applegirth, 10th Bt. and Winifred Mary Hamilton Young, on 15 October 1940.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.1
