     Margaret Maria Ponsonby was born on 4 November 1857 at Portman Square, London, England. She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Spencer Cecil Ponsonby-Fane and Hon. Louisa Anne Rose Lee Dillon.1 She married Rev. Hon. Arnald de Grey, son of Thomas de Grey, 5th Baron Walsingham and Hon. Emily Elizabeth Julia Thellusson, on 17 April 1882.1 She died on 14 December 1935 at age 78.1
