     Sir William Cowper, 1st Bt. was born on 7 March 1582.1 He was the son of John Cowper and Elizabeth Ironside.2 He married Martha Master, daughter of James Master.2 He died on 20 December 1664 at age 82.1
     He was imprisoned for his loyalty to King Charles I.2 He was created 1st Baronet Cowper, of Ratlin Court, co. Kent [England] on 4 March 1642.2

     Odo de Carris was the son of William fitz Gerald.1 He married Margaret fitz Tancred.2 He died circa 1204.2
     He was given the name of Odo fitz William at birth.2 He was also known as Odo de Carris as of circa 1175.2

     Nicholas fitz Maurice, 2nd Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw was the son of Maurice fitz Thomas, 1st Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw and Ellen fitz William.1 He married Slany O'Brien, daughter of Connor O'Brien, Prince of Thomond.2 He died in 1317.3,4
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Kerry and Lixnaw [I., c. 1295] in 1305.1 In November 1309 he was summoned for military service against the Scots in the following summer.1 He was appointed Knight on 25 December 1312 by John FitzThomas (afterwards Earl of Kildare.)1 In 1314 he was summoned to give aid against Robert Bruce.1
