     Lt.-Col. Owen Godfrey-Faussett was born on 13 May 1866 at Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England.2 He was the son of Godfrey Faussett and Sarah Elizabeth Wethered.2 He married Annette Gertrude Du Cane on 14 September 1899.2 He died on 2 May 1915 at age 48 at Gallipoli, Turkey, killed in action.2
     He lived at Arran, Avenue Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He was Commanding Officer of the 1st Battalion, Essex Regiment.2
