     Roland Graf von Faber-Castell was born in 1905 at Schwarzenbruck, Germany. He was the son of Alexander Friedrich Lothar Graf von Faber-Castell and Sophie Ottilie Gräfin von Faber. He married, firstly, Alix-May von Frankenburg und Ludwigsdorff in 1928 at London, England. He and Alix-May von Frankenburg und Ludwigsdorff were divorced in 1935. He married, secondly, Katharina Sprecher von Bernegg in 1938 at Stein, Germany. He and Katharina Sprecher von Bernegg were divorced in 1969. He married, thirdly, Ursula Boden in 1969 at Stein, Germany. He died in 1978.
