     Ursula Claudia Caranci was born in 1978.¹ She is the daughter of Helios Alberto Caranci and Lady Georgiana Jocelyn Pelham.²

     Lt. Hon. Herbert Lyttelton Pelham was born on 3 April 1884.¹ He was the son of Reverend Francis Godolphin Pelham, 5th Earl of Chichester and Hon. Alice Carr Glyn.² He died on 14 September 1914 at age 30, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant and Adjutant in the Royal Sussex Regiment.¹ He was awarded the Grand-Croix, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.¹ He fought in the First Battle of Aisne on 14 September 1914.¹

     Hon. Henry George Godolphin Pelham was born on 5 March 1875.¹ He was the son of Reverend Francis Godolphin Pelham, 5th Earl of Chichester and Hon. Alice Carr Glyn.² He married, firstly, Agnes Lee Ollerhead, daughter of Thomas James Ollerhead, on 19 April 1906.¹ He married, secondly, Dorothy Mary Shiffner, daughter of George Bridger Shiffner and Georgiana Mary Scarlett, on 3 August 1938.¹ He died on 28 June 1949 at age 74.¹
     He was with the Sudan Civil Service.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Nile 4th Class.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Osmanieh 4th Class.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Hon. Anthony Ashley Ivo Pelham was born on 23 October 1879.¹ He was the son of Reverend Francis Godolphin Pelham, 5th Earl of Chichester and Hon. Alice Carr Glyn.² He married, firstly, Muriel Spear Lindeman, daughter of Captain George Spear Lindeman, on 5 August 1908.¹ He married, secondly, Barbara Clare Taunton, daughter of Colonel James Edward Doidge Taunton, on 11 September 1928.¹ He died on 15 October 1951 at age 71.¹
     He was with the Sudan Civil Service.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Medjidie 4th Class.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers.¹ He fought in the First World War, serving in France and Palestine, and was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Lady Ruth Mary Pelham was born on 30 May 1873.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Francis Godolphin Pelham, 5th Earl of Chichester and Hon. Alice Carr Glyn.² She died on 5 March 1943 at age 69, unmarried.¹
     She was a nun as Sister of the Community of the Holy Trinity at Ascot, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Agnes Lee Ollerhead was the daughter of Thomas James Ollerhead.² She married Hon. Henry George Godolphin Pelham, son of Reverend Francis Godolphin Pelham, 5th Earl of Chichester and Hon. Alice Carr Glyn, on 19 April 1906.¹ She died on 22 October 1930.¹
     Her married name became Pelham.

     Thomas James Ollerhead lived at Minehead, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Dorothy Mary Shiffner was born on 3 August 1894.² She was the daughter of George Bridger Shiffner and Georgiana Mary Scarlett.² She married Hon. Henry George Godolphin Pelham, son of Reverend Francis Godolphin Pelham, 5th Earl of Chichester and Hon. Alice Carr Glyn, on 3 August 1938.¹ She died on 15 April 1972 at age 77.¹
     Her married name became Pelham.

     George Bridger Shiffner was born on 2 December 1866.² He was the son of Reverend Sir George Croxton Shiffner, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Greenall.² He married Georgiana Mary Scarlett, daughter of Lt.-Col. William James Scarlett and Henrietta Catherine Low, on 12 September 1893.² He died on 31 March 1949 at age 82.²
     He was educated at Radley College, Radley, Oxfordshire, England.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the West Riding, Yorkshire.² He was Commander of the Doncaster Division, West Riding Yorkshire Special Constabulary between 1915 and 1937.² He was awarded the Special Constabulary Medal with two bars.² He was awarded the Silver Jubilee Medal in 1935.² He lived at Downlands, Ringmer, Sussex, England^G.

     Georgiana Mary Scarlett was born on 25 December 1869 at County Limerick, Ireland.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. William James Scarlett and Henrietta Catherine Low.^2,1 She married George Bridger Shiffner, son of Reverend Sir George Croxton Shiffner, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Greenall, on 12 September 1893.³ She died on 5 October 1931 at age 61.³
     Her married name became Shiffner.
