     Joanell Vera Studd was born on 17 December 1933.¹ She is the daughter of Bernard Cyril Studd and Caryl Theodora de Winton. She married Lt.-Col. Robert Henville Chappell, son of Lt.-Col. Hereward Chappell, on 1 April 1959.¹
      Her married name became Chappell. She lived in 2003 at Arndown, 7 Elm Hill, Warminster, Wilts BA12 0AU.¹

     Lt.-Col. Robert Henville Chappell is the son of Lt.-Col. Hereward Chappell. He married Joanell Vera Studd, daughter of Bernard Cyril Studd and Caryl Theodora de Winton, on 1 April 1959.¹
     He was Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).¹ He was Queen's Regiment.¹ He was Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).¹ He was Indian Army.¹

     Lt.-Col. Hereward Chappell lived at Holly Tree Cottage, East Gardens, Ditchling, Sussex, England.
